Gin Crafting in Wellington is currently operating from Te Aro Brewery and Bar Brewtown.
Come and join us for a night of distilling (approx. 2.5 hours). Sample taster of our tried and tested recipes to help you decide on the theme of your own gin design. Learn about our range of dried aromatic botanicals that you can use to craft your own gin on site.
Take a trip to the apothecary and wow your senses with the delicious array of aromas from our botanicals. Create your very own blend with guidance from your instructor. Have your own special botanicals that you want to use? Feel free to bring them along!
Get your hands on one of our copper alembic pot stills to start your very own spirit run.
Listen to your knowledgeable instructor as they teach you all about the process of making gin, while you wait for yours to distil.
Bottle your finished product! Dilute your distillate down to your preferred drinking strength & bottle to take away! Ask your instructor about our add-ons for that extra special finishing touch.
