<strong>You craft your own beer from scratch, on professional quality equipment under the guidance of our expert brewers. One brew can be done solo or shared by up to three people. The brew takes 3-4 hours and there will be ample time for you to pop out for a drink or bite to eat early in the brewing process.
Choose any beer from our list and let us know your choice at the start of your Brewing Session. If you're not sure what to brew, you can sample most of the beers at our bar.<strong>

YOU NEED TO SIGN IN AND CHOOSE YOUR RECIPE
Brewers need to bring official identification (e.g. driver's licence or passport) as we take a copy for Customs.
Please wear comfortable clothes and covered footwear (no open-top shoes or sandals) that can withstand a little grain dust and the odd splash of water or beer.
Bottling: You must bottle your beer between 12 and 21 days after brewing, or we won't guarantee it - if this is going to be a problem, contact us ASAP. You can book your bottling session during your brew or we can issue a bottling session voucher for you to book online later.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a booking, please call us on 04-384-8268, or email us at info@theoccasionalbrewer.co.nz. If less than 24 hours notice is given, you may lose your deposit.
If you are more than 20 minutes late you will have to reschedule and may lose your deposit.
