Other Information

Brewers need to bring official identification (e.g. driver's licence or passport) as we take a copy for Customs.

Please wear comfortable clothes and covered footwear (no open-top shoes or sandals) that can withstand a little grain dust and the odd splash of water or beer.

Bottling: You must bottle your beer between 12 and 21 days after brewing, or we won't guarantee it - if this is going to be a problem, contact us ASAP. You can book your bottling session during your brew or we can issue a bottling session voucher for you to book online later.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a booking, please call us on 04-384-8268, or email us at If less than 24 hours notice is given, you may lose your deposit.
