Craft your own beer from scratch, under our expert guidance. One brew can be done solo or shared by up to three people. First book a session, then choose from a beer from our list. Let us know your beer choice at the start of your brewing session. Any remaining payments will be taken at your brewing session. If you're not sure what to brew, you can sample most of the beers at our bar.

Fresh Hop Brewing is available during a limited number of sessions in March when the hops are freshly picked, before they are processed for storage. The sessions will be bookable once we have confirmed dates from our supplier. One brew can be done solo or shared by up to three people. <br><br>First choose a date/time for your session, then choose your Fresh Hop Beer(s) and book it in!<br><br>If you want to book a standard brew, click back and then click "no I don't want to upgrade" Fresh Hops are expensive and perishable. Once booked the deposit is non-refundable. If you cannot make the date we will do our best to reallocate your booking in the Fresh Hop Window. If you cannot reallocate we will cancel your booking and hold your deposit and attempt to sell your allocation of Fresh Hops. If successful we will reallocate your booking to any time you choose.

Come and join us for a night of distilling (approx. 2.5 hours). Enjoy a tasting tray of our tried and tested recipes while you learn about our range of dried aromatic botanicals that you can use to craft your own gin on site. Please note that from mid-May our Newtown site is closing. The gin experience will be available from a range of venues which will be published on our website shortly.

Occasional Brewer Dollars - You can put these towards a gin course, a brewing session, purchase brewing supplies/bottles, or get some food and drinks at the bar. To purchase please choose the number of each voucher denomination you want and then add them to the cart.
